Writing from the registered address is the quickest option. If you cannot access it, support will help with secure verification.
We confirm the result by email. You can also complete the same process immediately under Profile, Data protection (GDPR).
Reservation and transaction records may be retained only for the period required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. They are no longer connected to an active, identifiable account profile.
Deletion from the profile is immediate. We respond to email requests within 30 days; if identity verification is needed, we will explain the required step.
